Watercolor with some shameful digital touch-ups, to make the watercolor not look quite so awful after being photographed.
Here's yet another Shiranui picture for the internet. I just love Okami so much, and had to do some fan art. The moment near the end where Ammy returns to her former glory fills me with so much joy, and I wanted to do a picture that showed the happiness she felt knowing she was loved. I get embarrassingly emotionally invested watching that scene. I had to paint her shining white fur and the beautiful colored flames of the solar flare. I wanted it to just be a colorful pleasure for the eyes.
She doesn't look quite how she does in person, but taking a photo of a watercolor never seems to turn out for me. Maybe I'll upload a scanned version later.
